Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

Chapter House is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS. If your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please file a claim via USPS.com or at your local post office.

The priority shipping upgrade option automatically insures your package against USPS mistakes.
